Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Pioneer International is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
