Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, and assisting in the preparation of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comparative Research

The Marketing Coordinator will conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

Advise Clients

The successful candidate will advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, providing expert guidance on how to effectively reach their target audience.

Prepare Marketing Materials

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials, ensuring that they are of high quality and effectively communicate the company's message.

Coordinate Special Events

The successful candidate will coordinate special publicity events and promotions, working closely with the marketing team to ensure their success.

Gather and Prepare Communications Material

The Marketing Coordinator will gather, research, and prepare communications material, including press releases, media kits, and other materials.

Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies

The successful candidate will conduct analytical marketing studies, analyzing data and providing insights to inform marketing strategies.

Develop Marketing Strategies

The Marketing Coordinator will develop marketing strategies, working closely with the marketing team to ensure their effectiveness.

Conduct Online Marketing

The successful candidate will conduct online marketing, including E-commerce and Website promotions, to reach a wider audience.

Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials

The Marketing Coordinator will develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and other materials.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is required.

Work Setting

The successful candidate will work in an industrial setting, with a private company, corporation, or industry.

Security and Safety

A criminal record check is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Marketing Coordinator will require attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability

The successful candidate will possess excellent client focus, initiative, judgement, organized, dependability, and reliability skills.

Work Term

The position is permanent.

The work language is English.

Hours

The working hours are 35 hours per week.
