Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and prepare the annual Business Plan and three-year Strategic Plan for Shawflex consolidated.
  • Direct and review the preparation of all financial information and reports, including monthly financial statements and quarterly schedules.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and maximize benefits of cash discounts and timely payments.
  • Provide guidance and authorize credit granting to customers, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Meet annual departmental budget and ensure full compliance with Corporate and Internal Audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on management of Accounts Receivable and experience in global business environments.
  • Experience in Capital Expenditure justification and control, as well as knowledge of integrated MRP2 systems and IFS and OneStream software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial information and apply sound business logic.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff to meet departmental, divisional, and corporate goals and objectives.
