Building Insulation Supervisor

At Singh Insulation Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Building Insulation Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing production and other reports to ensure project efficiency
  • Supervising workers and projects to guarantee timely completion
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to meet project deadlines
  • Recruiting and hiring workers and carrying out related staffing actions
  • Training or arranging for training to enhance team skills
  • Setting up machines and equipment to optimize project workflow
  • Estimating costs and materials to ensure project budget adherence
  • Reading blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements

Supervision: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising insulators and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The working hours are 35 hours per week.
