About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Inspector to join our team at EMB Management Ltd. as a key member of our Quality Assurance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of welds to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop and implement Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques and calibration standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Operate and maintain a range of testing equipment, including radiographic, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, acoustic emission, and ultrasonic devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize quality control procedures.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test result reports and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • CWB Welding Inspector Certification Level 2 or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in welding inspection, NDT, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
