Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Parts Specialist at NAPA, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Processing orders and following up with customers as needed to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Offering expert advice on automotive products and components, providing recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to pounds.
  • A diploma in automotive sales and/or experience in the automotive parts industry (an asset).
