Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the LCBO. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers, sharing product knowledge and promoting our products to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to customer-ready standards.
  • Perform job rotational duties, including repetitive lifting, standing, and processing customer transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and wholesale/trade representatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada and a minimum age of 18 years required.
