Bow Bulgogi House Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bow Bulgogi House. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and maintain accurate records of staff hours and attendance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
