We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Richmond Hill Corp.
Job Summary:The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled construction workers.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 5 years or more of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The role requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
