About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Zortech Solutions Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain information systems that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide strategic advice on information systems management, policy, and service delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate security risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the highest standards of software products and information systems.
  • Operate testing equipment to ensure the quality of our software applications and information systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Document and execute the results of software application tests and information systems tests.
Work Environment

As a Business Systems Analyst at Zortech Solutions Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
