Information Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at Education Edge Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of information systems and business processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- 40 hours per week.
