About the Job

We are seeking a Google Cloud Sales Team Lead for our largest e-commerce & internet client. As a skilled team leader, you will work closely with the Cloud team and set the direction for the team, ensuring expectations are clearly defined and delivered on time and with quality. You will handle escalations, provide transparent direction among team members, and encourage them to continuously improve processes to better support the business.

Responsibilities

As a Google Cloud Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Google Cloud sales team, ensuring priorities are correctly defined, prioritized, and delivered.
  • Coaching and mentoring the Cloud team, driving the uplift of skills, and helping them work through complex problems.
  • Identifying and implementing areas for improvement, defining standards, governance, best practices, and encouraging the consistent adoption of these across all teams.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and presenting them to clients and stakeholders.
  • Working with our training and learning teams to support ongoing development and progression for your team.
  • Acting as a central escalation point for critical issues, ensuring the team responds appropriately and effectively when major incidents occur, and that key learnings are not only identified but also acted upon.

Schedule
