Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Hardware team at Qualcomm Canada ULC. As a key member of our Engineering Services Group, you will be responsible for developing, defining, and executing plans of record for our hardware programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
  • Monitor and drive program progress from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Track budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
  • Represent the program and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
  • Technical background with first-hand knowledge of ASIC/IP development.
  • Direct experience with IP delivery in the domains of audio, multimedia, and AI/ML.
