About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Vendor Revenues to join our team at RONA Inc. as an Accounting Specialist - Revenue Management. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of vendor revenues, including purchase and sales-based revenues, to ensure accuracy and compliance with vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor revenues and analyze expenses to identify variances and explain discrepancies.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with internal teams, such as FP&A and Merchandising, as well as external customers, including trade vendors, to resolve revenue-related issues and negotiate contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, experience with accounting systems such as Oracle/EBS, and excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Language: Proficient in French, spoken and written.
