About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Professional to join our team as a Project Bidding and Proposal Management expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the bid and proposal process for our missionized aircraft projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the engineering and project focal for missionized aircraft in the bid and proposal phase, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage schedules, milestones, and budgets for technical activities to meet customer requirements.
  • Lead and drive the involvement and inputs from multidisciplinary stakeholders to find solutions to technical roadblocks, risks, and challenges.
  • Ensure that all technical activities are harmonized and that the delivery of all requirements is done as per the schedule.
  • Coordinate engineering resources to execute on the plan and identify risks, facilitating the resolution of issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, management, team members, resources, and suppliers, to ensure solid alignment and coordination.
  • Be accountable for the submission of all deliverables and manage schedule, facilitate, and coordinate key milestones activities in support of programs/projects.
  • Engage and coordinate supplier activities during the bidding phase.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in engineering and/or technical project management in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent understanding and relevant experience in aircraft product development from conceptual design to aircraft certification.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, and preferred knowledge of special mission equipment.
  • Familiarity with ITAR regulations and previous experience in government and/or military flight operations exposure is an asset.
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours when required.
