About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers and internal stakeholders on aircraft systems, including electrical, pneumatic, fuel, and fire protection systems.
  • Monitor systems, identify problems, and propose corrective actions to resolve technical issues, taking into consideration financial impact for the customer and Bombardier.
  • Support both internal and external customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical queries.
Requirements
  • College diploma in aircraft mechanics or university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of aircraft systems, including air, pneumatic, fuel, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • At least five (5) years of hands-on and relevant experience in aerospace.
  • Experience on the Global Express and Challenger aircraft is a significant asset.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes.
  • Good English and French communication skills.
  • Must be a team player, customer-focused, and show initiative.
  • Must have a valid passport and be available to travel occasionally with short notice.
