- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards expected by our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain a smooth service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Hours: 35 to 37 hours per week.
