Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily food service operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and supervise staff performance to ensure high standards are met.
- Plan and organize daily food service operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Balance cash and complete financial reports to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with regulations.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 5 years or more of experience in food service operations or a related field.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
