BeachHead Inc. is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect-Banking to facilitate release processes, coordination, and execution for one of our top financial clients. This role requires a professional who can escalate impediments, manage risk, ensure value delivery, and drive relentless improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate release processes, coordination, and execution for the financial client
  • Escalate impediments and manage risk to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in transformation and coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets required for agility
  • Lead, coordinate, and coach multiple Agile teams
  • Oversee, coach, and train a small group of professionals assigned to Agile teams
  • Coordinate features to be deployed on the Agile Release Train, considering dependencies, order, and architecture

Desired Skill Set:

  • 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect
  • 5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Cloud Azure (enterprise integration)
  • 2 years of experience with Stakeholder (technical and non-technical) management
  • 2 years of expertise in Technical documentation production and refinement
  • 2 years of experience with Design architecture experience in the product life cycle
  • Strong communication skills
