Director, Business Development and Partnerships

The Royal Conservatory of Music is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Business Development and Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue opportunities across multiple business lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new markets and revenue streams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to new revenue team members in all regions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex business data.
  • High level of written and spoken language competency in Mandarin or other languages is considered an asset.
