About Cycles

The Cycles division at Informal Systems is pioneering a transformative approach within the financial sector, bridging decentralized finance (DeFi) with traditional payment systems. Our mission is to innovate monetary policy and reshape the architecture of payment solutions.

The Cycles product serves as both a blockchain clearing protocol and an API-driven service that enhances business sustainability by minimizing cash flow requirements and reducing working capital expenses. It offers a robust foundation for developing lending and financial protocols that leverage the obligation graph. Our team comprises experts in liquidity-saving payment solutions tailored for real-world applications and the scientific principles that underpin these innovations.

About the Role

  • Defining the product vision, feature set, and roadmap. You will conceptualize, develop, and sustain product, platform, and tooling features that meet our customers' requirements.
  • Taking a leadership role with the development team, utilizing your technical knowledge to prioritize project epics and sprints.
  • Engaging directly with existing and prospective customers to gather insights and prioritize development efforts accordingly.
  • Contributing to product design, development, testing, integration, and distribution processes.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with integration partners and distribution channels to ensure our products reach businesses effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with the executive team to facilitate the development and expansion of Cycles at Informal Systems.

What We Look For in a Successful Product Lead:

  • Over 5 years of comprehensive product management experience, having successfully launched multiple commercial products or platforms, with at least 2 years in the crypto sector.
