Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, clean, polish, and maintain equipment and dishware to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing sanitization procedures are followed to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist with sorting inventory and receiving deliveries to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.
  • Eager to learn and be trained on the use of different equipment and stations to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a respectful, professional, and positive workplace culture by adhering to our company values and policies.
  • Ensure proper recycling and composting procedures are maintained to minimize waste and promote sustainability.
  • Prioritize and ensure cleanliness in the back of the house to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Protect the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid BC Foodsafe Certification
  • Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees
  • Customer service focus and quality-oriented
