Harvesting Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at SANTAN ESTATES (NIAGARA) INC. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective harvesting of crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth
- Use the technique of hoeing between rows to maintain soil quality
- Clear fields of wood and stones to prevent damage to crops
- Cut agricultural crops at the optimal time for harvesting
- Hand harvest vegetables and fruits with precision and care
- Harvest seedlings and pack them for transportation
- Examine products for quality and readiness for market
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in agricultural work is an asset
- Ability to work 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English
