Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Production Infrastructure and Provide Escalation Support: Ensure the stability and reliability of production systems, and provide timely escalation support for any production issues that arise.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges as they arise, and implement solutions to prevent future issues.

Requirements
  • Infrastructure Provisioning and Management: Design, build, and maintain a secure, robust, and scalable Windows infrastructure for Azure Virtual Desktop and on-premises environments.
  • Security and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce security best practices within the on-premises and Azure environment, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitoring: Monitor system performance, conduct regular system audits, and provide optimization recommendations, and implement centralized monitoring and logging.
  • Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to internal teams, ensuring their ability to effectively support the Azure Virtual Desktop and on-premises environments.
  • Documentation and Technical Communication: Write clear documentation, tutorials, and technical presentations for various stakeholders, and communicate technical information to non-technical teams.
