- Monitoring: Monitor system performance, conduct regular system audits, and provide optimization recommendations, and implement centralized monitoring and logging.
- Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to internal teams, ensuring their ability to effectively support the Azure Virtual Desktop and on-premises environments.
- Documentation and Technical Communication: Write clear documentation, tutorials, and technical presentations for various stakeholders, and communicate technical information to non-technical teams.
