Food Service Team Lead

At Taste Of India Express, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food preparers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and food service areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced conditions.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player skills.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and our staff must be able to work effectively in this setting. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
