- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated and stocked efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Language: English.
