Job Summary:

NearSource Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for crafting groundbreaking solutions and leading the charge in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the front-end development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Web UI Development: Develop and maintain web UIs using mono-repo and micro-frontend technologies, with a focus on building customizable, reusable, and dynamic front-end components.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, including ReactJS, React Hooks, JavaScript, and ES6.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables and participate in code reviews.
  • Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with the team to implement Agile software development methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
  • AWS Technologies: Leverage AWS technologies to support the development and deployment of front-end solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Over 6 years of hands-on experience as a front-end developer, with a strong background in web UI development and technical leadership.
  • Skills: Proficient in building customizable, reusable, and dynamic front-end components with ReactJS, React Hooks, JavaScript, and ES6, as well as strong skills in React Router, Redux, ES6, Jest, Babel, npm, webpack, and Storybook.
