Position Overview:

As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Totalperform, you will be instrumental in the architecture, development, and upkeep of extensive, single-page web applications. Collaborating with diverse teams in an Agile environment, you will ensure the delivery of superior software solutions. Your proficiency in React, TypeScript, and advanced state management will be vital for the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect and create resilient, scalable, and high-performance front-end components utilizing React and TypeScript.
  2. Work alongside product managers, designers, and fellow developers to convert user needs into functional, responsive web applications.
  3. Oversee complex state management within large single-page applications, guaranteeing smooth user interactions.
  4. Engage in Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  5. Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and uphold best practices across all development phases.
  6. Identify and address performance issues, bugs, and other challenges promptly.
  7. Continuously enhance the codebase through refactoring, unit testing, and embracing new technologies and methodologies.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in front-end development.
  2. Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
  3. Proven track record of working within an Agile team environment.
  4. Demonstrated experience with large-scale single-page web applications and intricate state management.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to challenges.
  6. Familiarity with server-side development technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Redux for state management.
  2. Knowledge of additional frameworks or libraries.

This position is available for candidates located in the US and Canada only.
