We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at HARSIMRAN FITNESS INC.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, receive and issue payments, and perform various clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
