About LIDS Sports GroupPosition OverviewKey Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service by adhering to LIDS Sports Group's customer service standards.
Achieve or surpass individual sales targets set by the company.
Engage in store upkeep according to current visual merchandising standards, including appropriate product displays, signage, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Uphold a professional appearance in line with the Dress Code Policy.

Additional Responsibilities

Safeguard company assets in accordance with LIDS Retail policies.
Assist in restocking and reorganizing merchandise.
Comply with all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to communicate clearly and professionally.
Proficient in reading and using a computer.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Capability to climb ladders and work with hands raised.
Standing is required for the majority of the work period.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

Seasonal Part-Time Associates start at local minimum wage, with potential increases based on experience. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
