We're seeking a seasoned Change Management Specialist to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring successful change implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
  • Lead the change strategy planning process, combining subject matter expertise and organizational knowledge
  • Provide advice and guidance to assigned business groups on implementation of change
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in change management or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle
  • Data-driven decision making skills
