As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance the brand experience.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Brand Management: Oversee the management of all marketing and communication initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with the Shangri-La brand.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including copywriting, editing, and design, to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure press coverage and promote the Shangri-La brand.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including email marketing, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertising.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation events.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing.
- Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, excellent communication and project management skills, and experience with marketing automation tools.
- Certifications: Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) certification.
