Customer Focus:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their customer service skills.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the bank, promoting a positive image within the community.
Business Development:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of service and advice strategies to achieve business objectives and branch goals.
- Manage overall budget, revenue, and expenditures.
- Identify and develop relationships with existing customers and external referral sources.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a medium to large-sized branch/team.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
- Recruit for all hires to ensure a highly diverse, qualified workforce.
- Establish and foster a cohesive team, promoting a fair and equitable environment.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course.
- IFIC or CSC.
