We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pet Care Specialist at PET VALU. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring consistently great execution and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service - Provide positive, consistent, and solution-oriented service to our customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
- Pet Care - Assist with the health, feeding, care, and well-being of all pets sold in store, ensuring their safety and happiness.
- Product Knowledge - Stay current with pet industry standards and provide knowledge in an understanding and informative way to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Store Operations - Assist with operational processes, including placing orders, maintaining inventory, and completing paperwork and reports.
- Leadership - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in the workplace, and assist with leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Working knowledge of POS systems.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and sales skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
