Opportunity Details

We are in search of a skilled Rope Access Specialist with a background in window cleaning and caulking. Reporting directly to an Operations Supervisor, the technician will serve as a representative of Aurum, delivering professional cleaning services while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

As a window maintenance technician, you will utilize various approaches based on the task requirements, including ladders, boom lifts, and specialized poles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute interior and exterior window cleaning techniques for routine maintenance or post-construction projects.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of windows and doors to pinpoint areas needing caulking and sealing.
  • Apply caulking materials using suitable methods to ensure effective adhesion and sealing.
  • Employ specialized tools and equipment for caulking and sealing operations.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain assigned tools and equipment with care and responsibility.
  • Regularly communicate with management to provide updates and receive guidance.
  • Engage in additional tasks such as weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning as needed.
  • Participate in required training sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Positive demeanor and eagerness to learn.
  • Proven experience in window caulking is essential.
  • Dependable and trustworthy with strong communication abilities.
  • Confidence in practicing safe work methods and comfort working at heights.
  • Capacity to manage a physically demanding role, including lifting weights of 30-50 lbs.
  • Experience working at heights is preferred.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Willingness to work 32-44 hours weekly.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts occasionally.
