Opportunity Summary

We are in search of a skilled Rope Access Specialist with expertise in window cleaning and caulking. Reporting directly to an Operations Supervisor, the specialist will serve as a representative of Aurum, delivering high-quality cleaning services while adhering to all safety regulations and company standards.

As a window cleaning expert, you will utilize various methods depending on the task at hand, including ladders, boom lifts, and extension poles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute both exterior and interior window cleaning techniques for routine maintenance or post-construction projects.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of windows and doors to pinpoint areas needing caulking and sealing.
  • Apply caulking materials using the correct methods to ensure optimal adhesion and sealing.
  • Employ specialized tools and equipment for effective caulking and sealing operations.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain assigned tools and equipment with care and responsibility.
  • Regularly communicate with management to provide updates and receive guidance.
  • Perform additional tasks such as weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning as required.
  • Engage in mandatory training sessions as needed.
  • Complete any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Previous experience in window caulking is essential.
  • Dependable and trustworthy with excellent communication abilities.
  • Comfortable with safe work practices and working at heights.
  • Capable of managing a physically demanding role, including lifting weights of 30-50 lbs.
  • Experience working at heights is preferred.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Willingness to work 32-44 hours weekly.
  • Open to working night shifts occasionally.
