- Participate in team planning and problem-solving to address complex social and emotional issues.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Manitoba College of Social Workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Two years of recent and relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
- Knowledge of health and social welfare systems.
