Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice President to join our team at Green Light Drayage Inc. as a Business Operations Manager. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in business administration and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective business operations.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to support business growth.
  • Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, management, or a related field.
  • Field: Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
