Role Overview- Oversee the daily operations of a team specializing in commercial lines underwriting.
- Evaluate and underwrite intricate new and existing Commercial Property insurance policies.
- Design and execute underwriting protocols.
- Assess claims history and identify loss patterns.
- Foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
- Engage in strategic projects and initiatives.
- Generate financial reports and analytical insights.
- University degree or college diploma with CIP/FCIP designation.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial property and casualty underwriting, including leadership roles.
- CIP certification is advantageous.

- Understanding of insurance risk and reinsurance principles.
