The aim is to enhance profitability and reduce losses stemming from financial and physical discrepancies.

  1. Maintain store safety by conducting regular inspections of the premises, ensuring that all entry points and display cases are secure and operational.
  2. Execute external apprehensions when warranted.
  3. Examine occurrences of financial and physical loss and relay findings to Store Management, and in cases involving internal matters, to the Market Loss Prevention Manager initially.
  4. Assist in emergency evacuation protocols in the event of a fire or other crises.
  5. Engage in store project team duties as necessary.
  6. Conduct or assist in investigations as assigned, including but not limited to cases of internal theft, dishonesty, and organized retail crime, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with company policies.
  7. Effectively communicate information from various sources and clarify issues for others, often presenting multiple viewpoints.
  8. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the company’s needs evolve.
