About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Labourer to join our team at MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various tasks to maintain our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Tie and secure plants, ensuring they are properly installed and maintained.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their health and appearance.
  • Cut grass and other vegetation to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Client focus and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
