At CBC/Radio-Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Network Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Technology and Infrastructure department, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving our Telephony network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and resolve client telephony requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure-related problems affecting Telephony services.
- Provide root cause analysis for telephony outages and implement corrective actions.
- Work with network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with senior staff to document troubleshooting procedures and network statistics.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in Cisco Internetworking, Cisco IOS, and Avaya Telephony products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
