At CBC/Radio-Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Analyst, Telephony/Telecommunications to join our Technology & Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving our Telephony network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve client telephony requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure-related problems related to Telephony.
  • Provide root cause analysis for any telephony outages.
  • Work with network monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Monitor network infrastructure and react to alarms.
  • Participate in production changes across the corporation's Telephony infrastructure.
  • Document and update existing documentation as the environment is modified.
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Cisco Internetworking, Cisco IOS, and Avaya Telephony products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
