Position Overview: We are seeking a Summer Camp Leader/Counsellor who embodies energy, creativity, and a passion for education. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for children during our summer camps. The individual will manage daily camp operations and engage with students effectively. If you have experience working with children and enjoy fostering problem-solving skills in young minds, this position may be ideal for you. Key Responsibilities: Familiarize yourself with the camp curriculum and training materials Implement the camp curriculum while providing support to participants Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness in the dojo to meet corporate standards Provide regular updates to management on camp activities Required Qualifications: Proven experience working with children aged 7 and older (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, etc.) Background in engaging with the public Experience in teaching, mentoring, or childcare settings Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well with others Familiarity with coding and technology, or the ability to quickly learn basic concepts A fun and approachable demeanor, thriving in fast-paced environments with changing requirements
