Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Summer Camp Leader/Counselor to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Summer Camp Leader/Counselor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our summer camps, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging camp curriculum, aligned with our educational standards
  • Provide guidance and support to students, promoting their learning and development
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the camp facilities, meeting corporate standards
  • Collaborate with management to report on daily and weekly progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children aged 7 and above, in a mentoring, coaching, or tutoring capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Knowledge of coding and technology, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
