We are seeking a skilled Alarm Operator to join our Ottawa-based Response Center. As an Alarm Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency responses for our clients nationwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service while remaining calm and focused in stressful situations.
  • Actively listen to callers and enter information into our computer system.
  • Seek win-win solutions and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to remain calm and provide direction in emergency situations.
  • Customer service, dispatch, and hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Mental flexibility and situational awareness in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft-based applications.
