At On Side Restoration, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Water Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you'll play a critical role in responding to water damage emergencies and restoring properties to their pre-disaster state.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to water damage emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify areas of concern
- Develop and implement effective restoration plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal results
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (or French in Quebec)
- Intermediate level of mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and work in confined spaces
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including 24/7 on-call shifts
