Job Responsibilities:

1) Product Quotation: Gather customer details and initiate a workflow on OA. After completing the quotation, evaluate the data and enhance any aspects that fall short of standards;

2) Order Management: Process customer orders and enter them into the system. Collaborate with internal teams to generate purchase recommendations, track comprehensive material information, and coordinate production and delivery in alignment with the production schedule. Manage system invoicing and monitor payment information;

3) Gross Profit Oversight: Conduct regular analyses to improve the gross profit of assigned projects, ensuring their market competitiveness;

4) New Product Trial Production: Handle small batch sample orders from clients, organize internal teams for trial production, and summarize the outcomes of these trials;

5) Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, coordinate internal responses to complaint reports, and oversee the implementation of improvements based on feedback;

6) Collaboration with Overseas Entities: Facilitate weekly meetings with international partners and collaborate to accomplish project-related objectives;

7) Additional Responsibilities: Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

1) Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of EMS production and manufacturing processes, as well as familiarity with PCBA and assembly procedures;

2) Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, patience, and a collaborative spirit;

3) Proficiency in English reading and writing or experience with international projects is preferred.
