This position focuses on the upkeep and repair of construction and forestry machinery and their attachments within a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and repair heavy machinery efficiently
  • Utilize tools and equipment in a safe manner
  • Document machine details, actions performed, and time utilized
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
  • Employ computer systems for maintenance records
  • Source and order necessary parts
  • Conduct tests on machinery and attachments

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and repair heavy machinery
  • Proficient in operating various types of machinery
  • Experience in testing industrial equipment
  • Capable of performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Skilled in preparing inspection documentation
  • Efficient in locating and ordering parts
  • Other assigned responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
