About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at Fortune Customer Care Professionals Inc. as a key member of our construction and engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect construction of building and engineering construction to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of new and existing buildings to identify any defects or issues.
  • Provide detailed reports on the condition of properties, highlighting any areas of concern.
  • Work with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to resolve any issues that arise during the inspection process.
  • Travel regularly to construction sites to conduct inspections, requiring a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Physical stamina to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments.
